Our History
For more than four decades, Michael Hester has been working on, inside, and around Florida homes. He started his career swinging a hammer in Brevard County long before home inspection software, drones, or digital reports existed. Over the years, he built, repaired, and evaluated homes of every age and style — learning firsthand how Florida weather, time, and workmanship affect a property.
After completing more than 4,000 inspections across the Space Coast, Michael saw a pattern: homeowners weren’t just looking for someone to check a box. They wanted clarity. They wanted honesty.
