• Full Home Inspections

• Roof Certifications

• Insurance Inspections

All inspections are non‑invasive, visual assessments performed according to Florida standards of practice.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

Inspection findings represent the condition of the property at the time of inspection only. We do not guarantee future performance, remaining lifespan, or insurance approval. Carriers may apply their own underwriting criteria.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for:

• Hidden defects

• Future failures

• Mold, pests, or environmental hazards

• Insurance decisions or underwriting outcomes

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may incur a fee.

7. Use of Reports

Inspection reports are intended for the client who purchased the inspection. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or reliance by third parties is prohibited.
